Construction Bore Hole Ahmadpur East Tender Notice
Description
Construction of bore hole at Municipal Committee Ahmadpur East through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Contractors enlisted or renewed for financial year 2025-26 with Pakistan Engineering Council may participate. Tender documents can be downloaded from PPRA website and EPADS without fee. Bid documents must be submitted online through EPADS till 26-05-2026 at 01:30 PM and will be opened on same day at 01:30 PM in office of Municipal Committee Ahmadpur East in presence of contractors or authorized representatives. Earnest money amounting to Rs.53,000 in form of CDR or Pay Order from scheduled bank in Punjab in favor of Municipal Committee Ahmadpur East is required. Contractors must quote rates in numbers as well as words on percentage basis item rate basis. Conditional unsigned incomplete overwritten or doubtful bids shall be rejected. Lowest bidder quoting below estimated cost shall deposit additional performance security within 15 days otherwise earnest money shall be forfeited and re-tendering initiated.
