Relocation Trunk Sewer Bhatti Gate Lahore Tender Notice
Description
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore invites bids from suppliers and contractors registered on e-PADS having valid PEC License category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09 and CE-10 and active NTN and PNTN for relocation of 48 inch diameter trunk sewer at Bhatti Gate under project Revamping of Area Around Data Darbar Bhatti Chowk Mohni Road and Surrounding Areas Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Estimated cost of project is Rs.24,137,328.68 with bid security amounting to Rs.965,500 at 4% of estimated cost. Technical bids must be submitted through e-PADS on or before 25-05-2026 till 01:30 PM and will be opened at 02:00 PM on same day. Original bid security in form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Banker Cheque must be submitted at office of XEN O&M-III Ravi Town WASA Lahore Bhatti Gate Disposal Station before deadline. Bidders must upload PEC license NTN PNTN incorporation or partnership documents. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Procurement shall follow PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bid validity shall remain valid for 120 days.
