Framework Contract Mpls Internet Connectivity Hisdu Tender Notice
Description
Health and Population Department Government of the Punjab invites e-bids for framework contract for procurement of Multi-Protocol Label Switching and Internet Connectivity for Health Information and Service Delivery Unit HISDU under Bid Reference No. HISDU(H&PD)/PROC/7-08/2025-26 & 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended till date using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents can be downloaded from official department website EPADS and PPRA website. Separate technical and financial bids duly completed signed stamped and in conformity with bidding documents must be submitted online on EPADS by 25-05-2026 till 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on same day. Manual bids shall not be entertained. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before deadline. Procurement relates to MPLS and internet connectivity services for HISDU Health and Population Department Punjab.
