Procurement Of High Specification Laptop Computer Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one laptop computer through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 Rule 36(a). Tender invited from original manufacturers authorized distributors or resellers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as Active Taxpayers with Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security amounting to Rs.45,000 in shape of CDR is mandatory. Bidders must have prior experience of supplying IT equipment in government departments and must submit undertaking regarding non-blacklisting on attested stamp paper. Required documents include valid NTN and STRN registration certificates. Bids must be submitted by 22-05-2026 till 10:00 AM and bid opening will be held on same day at 10:30 AM. Laptop specification includes M5 Pro Chip with 15-Core CPU and 16-Core GPU minimum 24GB unified memory and 1TB SSD storage.
