Provision Of Construction Electrical And Mechanical Faciliti Tender Notice
Description
Construction and provision of facilities at PAF Base including construction electrical mechanical and plumbing works/services with estimated costs of Rs.59.994 Million and Rs.22.886 Million. Firms must provide details of completed projects including work orders locations pictures and satisfactory completion certificates. Eligible firms must have experience in construction electrical mechanical and plumbing works and be registered with PEC in relevant category. Contractors must provide certificate confirming no litigation with Government Departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation report. Firms are required to submit personnel list bank statement NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years. Only PEC enlisted firms in Category C-2 and above valid up to June 2026 are eligible while non-enlisted firms must provide refundable 2% bid security. Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms only. Sealed bids must be submitted through prescribed bidding procedure and will be opened on the same day after submission.
