Provision Of Human Resource Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of HR services for OEP Project-TEVTA through encrypted electronic bidding under single stage two envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Bidders must be active tax registered entities on e-PADS and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for rendering HR services. Estimated amount is Rs.167,973,000 with mandatory bid security of Rs.3,359,460 in the form of bank guarantee CDR bankers cheque pay order or demand draft in favour of Chairperson TEVTA. Electronic bids must be submitted through e-PADS before deadline while original bid security must be physically submitted before closing time. Detailed procurement procedures bid validity terms and conditions are available in bidding documents on PPRA and e-PADS websites. Bidders are responsible for timely upload of bids on e-PADS portal.
