Drugs Medicines Consumable Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of drugs medicines surgical items post mortem instruments generic consumable items and miscellaneous items for Police Surgeon Hyderabad and Additional Police Surgeon Hyderabad for financial year 2025-26 through EPADS under SPPRA Rule-46(2) single stage one envelope procedure. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers firms manufacturers importers and authorized distributors on active FBR and SRB taxpayer lists and registered with sales tax and income tax departments. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions are available through EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS only while original tender fee instruments and bid security documents must reach procuring agency before submission deadline. Tender fee of Rs.1000 and bid security of 2.5% are required for each procurement category. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under SPPRA Rules 2010. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers with active tax registrations properly uploaded EPADS submissions and timely delivery of original bid securities may improve qualification chances.
