Suction Machines Excavators Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for fabrication of 4500 litre suction machines and procurement of wheel mounted excavators through EPADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure from manufacturers authorized dealers suppliers contractors companies and firms registered with FBR and PRA. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated price in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order in favour of Additional Director General Operations Punjab WASA is mandatory and original copy must be submitted before submission deadline. Technical bids will be opened electronically on EPADS while only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Conditional tenders and percentage based quotations on total estimated cost shall not be accepted. Tendered rates and amounts must be quoted in figures and words against each BOQ item. Corrupt unreadable or virus infected electronic bids shall be rejected under procurement regulations.
