Dewatering System Pipes Provision Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and provision of dewatering systems with trolley frames diesel engines water sullage pumps transportation and related accessories along with supply of canvas pipes rubber suction pipes and pipe clamp sets for District Council Narowal. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under single stage single envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible firms must be registered with PEC and relevant tax departments. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory in both soft and hard copy formats before bid opening. Electronic bids must be uploaded through PDF files on E-PADS only and conditional tenders or postal submissions shall not be accepted. Additional performance security up to 10% may apply if quoted rates are more than 5% below estimated amount. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors with properly completed BOQs valid tax registrations and compliant EPADS submissions may strengthen procurement responsiveness.
