Emergency Construction Facilities Provision Tender Notice
Description
Emergency construction works for provision of facilities at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 42-c(v) including multiple infrastructure and facility works with estimated values ranging from Rs.10.108 Million to Rs.58.891 Million. Interested contractors are required to submit applications with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Tender documents shall only be issued to scrutinized contractors having sufficient relevant experience and satisfying special conditions of the work and area. Eligible firms must hold valid PEC registration and MES approved category A or B status with relevant construction experience. Contractors must certify absence of litigation with government departments and no outstanding Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation reports. Sealed tenders shall be received and opened on the same day in presence of interested contractors. Procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders under PPRA Rules.
