Upgradation Missing Facilities Works Tender Notice
Description
Provision of missing facilities and upgradation works for PSIC Small Industrial Estates including SIE Bahawalpur SIE Mian Channu SIE Khanewal SIE Sahiwal SIE Chakwal SIE Gujar Khan and SIE Taxila through Punjab E-tendering system under single stage two envelope procedure. Eligible firms and contractors must possess valid PEC registration relevant specialization legal entity status and valid FBR and PRA certificates. Contractors are required to provide undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming they have never been blacklisted by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favour of Director W and D PSIC Head Office Lahore is mandatory and must also be physically submitted before bid closing time. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted online through EPADS and technical proposals will be opened on the same day in presence of applicants or representatives. Bid validity period shall remain 180 days. Procuring agency may disqualify firms for false information under PPRA Rules 2014.
