Copper Wound Ceiling Fans Installation Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of copper wound ceiling fans including Pak/Younas/G.F.C or NEECA approved equivalent ceiling fans of 56 inch diameter along with necessary cable connection hardware and fixing works for establishment facilities. Procurement shall be carried out through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority procedures. Interested manufacturers and suppliers enlisted or renewed with Communication and Works Department for Financial Year 2025-26 are required to register on EPADS for participation. Tender documents including DNIT are to be submitted electronically through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be accepted. Earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of estimated DNIT cost is mandatory in shape of CDR bank draft or cashier cheque from any scheduled bank and original instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Conditional tenders without earnest money shall be rejected. Online bids shall be opened in presence of authorized representatives having power of attorney. Bid opening process shall follow PPRA rules and procurement conditions.
