Rehabilitation Construction Sewer Lines Tuff Tile Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and construction works for sewer lines tuff tile paving and soling works in Town Rajana Tehsil and District Toba Tek Singh under multiple phases including Phase-I Phase-II and Phase-III. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering and E-Bidding system under LGW Rules 2017 through EPADS portal using single stage single envelope procedure. Interested engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories and registered on Punjab PPRA website are eligible to participate. Bid documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bidders are required to upload earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated bid cost in favour of Chief Officer District Council Toba Tek Singh and submit original CDR to the opening committee before opening time. Fake documents or CDR submissions shall result in disqualification and blacklisting recommendations to PPRA and PEC. Additional performance security shall apply where quoted rates exceed prescribed limits. Recovery against old material credit shall be adjusted manually during evaluation.
