Construction And Renovation Of Public Infrastructure Projects Tender Notice
Description
Construction renovation repair and maintenance works including construction of judicial rest house in Judicial Colony Kasur renovation and maintenance of government graduate college facilities and special repair and maintenance of elevators at judicial complex Kasur. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules for contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with PEC in relevant categories and specialization codes. Tender documents including DNIT and BOQ are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bidders must upload complete readable bids with signed and stamped pages and submit original earnest money instruments amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost before bid closing time. Conditional tenders or bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Performance guarantee from lowest bidder shall be obtained under PPRA rules and payments shall be processed through digital measurement book system. For elevator maintenance works bidders must possess PEC category C-6 and above with specialization code ME03(i).
