Description
Procurement of IT equipment plant and machinery and furniture and fixture items for Government Special Education Centre Sillanwali Sargodha under framework contract for upgradation as Centre of Excellence in Phase II through E-PADS. Procurement includes IT equipment plant machinery and furniture items through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2024. Interested firms must be financially sound experienced and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders are required to submit bids electronically through E-PADS before closing date and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security in shape of original CDR amounting to prescribed percentage of estimated cost is mandatory and refundable upon successful completion and delivery. Rates shall include GST PST freight and delivery charges. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals.
