Court Machinery It Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery and IT equipment for Civil Courts Chakwal including computer systems printers scanners air conditioners water dispensers and heavy duty digital photocopy machines with specified technical configurations and three year on site warranty. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on Active Taxpayer List are eligible to participate. Tender submissions must include refundable call deposit amounting to 3 percent of estimated cost in favour of Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Chakwal. Quoted prices shall include all levies taxes freight and delivery charges. Non compliant items shall be replaced at contractor cost and committee reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities according to budget availability.
