Training Material Advance Welding Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of training material for Mechanical Technology short course Advance Welding under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for Government College of Technology Taxila. Procurement is open to active tax paying bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA website and bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal before prescribed submission deadline. Original bid security in the form of CDR pay order or demand draft amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in favour of TEVTA Non Salary Account must be submitted physically before opening of electronic bids. Detailed procurement method bid validity and submission procedures are available in tender documents. Only accumulative rates for the complete tender shall be considered for determination of lowest evaluated bidder. Procuring agency may reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: Suppliers should upload bids on EPADS well before closing time and attach all mandatory tax registration documents to avoid disqualification.
