Procurement Of Generator And Vehicle Fabrication Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one 150 KVA Caterpillar generator or equivalent and fabrication services for Hilux single cabin vehicles on lot basis through single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Procurement is open to firms companies sole proprietors general order suppliers and joint ventures engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Separate electronic bids are required for each lot as contracts shall be awarded separately. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS portal and accompanied by bid security in shape of CDR demand draft or pay order in favour of Additional Inspector General Crime Control Department Punjab Lahore amounting to 2 percent of estimated budget for each lot. Original bid security instruments must be submitted before conclusion of bid opening session at CCD Headquarters Lahore. Late bids shall be rejected and procuring agency shall not be responsible for EPADS upload issues. Pro Tip: Bidders should upload separate complete bids for each lot well before the deadline and clearly mark original bid security envelopes with relevant lot details.
