Description
Prequalification corrigendum for design supply installation commissioning operation and maintenance of IT equipment for environmental complexes in Faisalabad Gujranwala and Sargodha. Revised and updated Schedule 8 Manufacturer Declaration Form and Schedule 6 undertaking form have been issued under the procurement process. Mandatory eligibility requirements now include affidavit on E Stamp paper confirming that applicant firm is not blacklisted by any procuring agency and PPRA correctness of information availability of spare parts for at least five years and confirmation that all submitted information is current and correct. The deadline for submission of prequalification documents has been extended and documents shall be opened on the same date after submission time. Updated prequalification documents are available on EPADS and PPRA websites and can also be collected from the project office during working hours. All other terms and conditions of the original prequalification documents remain unchanged. Pro Tip: Applicants should submit revised affidavits and updated declaration forms exactly according to amended eligibility requirements to avoid disqualification.
