Boundary Wall Tuff Tile Works Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of boundary wall and tuff tile works for Janazgah at Chak No 48 3R District Okara under approved development schemes for Financial Year 2025-26 according to MRS First Bi Annual 2026 rates. Procurement shall be conducted through E PADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible contractors and firms registered on E PADS with valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for current financial year are invited to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in shape of CDR or pay order in favour of Chief Officer District Council Okara and scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on E PADS with original submitted before closing time. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee up to 10 percent of estimated cost within fifteen days after opening of tender. Item wise quoted rates are mandatory and incomplete unfilled or non responsive bids shall be rejected. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rules and blacklist firms submitting fake documents. Pro Tip: Contractors should complete all BOQ entries and upload scanned bid security before submission deadline to avoid technical rejection.
