Design Construction Multi Storey Car Parking Facility Tender Notice

Invitation for bids for utilization of university property and land situated at Main Campus Phase 5 Hayatabad Peshawar for design and construction of a multi-storey car parking facility based on the most beneficent business and financial model under build-own-operate-transfer basis. The project aims to maximize university revenue and attract investors through leasing of land on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS under section 22-A of disposal of assets under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising separate technical and financial bids. Eligible firms, investors and contractors must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, KP Revenue Authority and reflected on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Firms must possess valid PEC registration not below C-1 category with specialization CE-09. Bid security amounting to 5% of quoted value in shape of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt or Bankers Cheque is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.3000. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-05-25 at 11:30 hours in Senate Hall of the Vice-Chancellor Secretariat. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or representatives. Bidders are required to submit drawings, designs, layouts, 3-D models, financial statements, details of available capital and business plans.
