Computers Cameras Virtual Court Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for procurement, supply, service and installation of all in one computers, IP based cameras with one way and two-way audio, NVRs, DVRs, webcams, microphones for online meetings and evidence recording, scanners, LED screens 85 inches, establishment of virtual courts and points with accessories and installation, stationery, toners, miscellaneous items and lithium batteries. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS system. Eligible contractors, manufacturers, service providers, authorized dealers and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, KPRA and reflected on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bidders are required to submit bid security amounting to 2% of quoted value in shape of Call Deposit Receipt in the name of District & Sessions Judge Charsadda along with mandatory affidavit confirming placement of bid security in financial bid. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee and execute agreement under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods Works and Services Rules 2014. Incomplete, ambiguous and conditional bids shall not be entertained. Delivery, installation and services may be required at Judicial Complex Charsadda or Tehsil Courts Tangi and Shabqadar as directed. Quantity may vary according to available budget and all applicable taxes must be included in quoted rates.
