Design And Construction Of Specialty Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Tender for design, engineering, procurement and construction of specialty hospital at Larkana on EPC and turnkey basis including hospital design, medical planning, architectural works, supply of furniture, fixtures, medical equipment, infrastructure and external development works in compliance with international healthcare standards. Eligible firms and consortiums must possess valid PEC registration category C-1 or above with relevant specialization codes and valid PCATP license category A-1 or above. Firms must demonstrate experience in EPC and turnkey healthcare projects, financial soundness through audited statements for last three years, availability of qualified engineering and management staff, modern construction equipment and compliance with HSE standards. Firms must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation and affidavit is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from CRS Department on payment of non-refundable fee of Rs.25000 in favour of Director SIUT. Applications in sealed envelopes will be collected and opened in presence of interested bidders or authorized representatives.
