Secure construction of building district council mirpur under single stage single envelope procedure registered contractors with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid renewal for the year 2025 and deposited renewal fee in government treasury are invited to submit bids for Annual Development Program 2025 period from 01-07-2025 to 31-12-2025 bidding documents shall be issued during office hours and tenders will be opened on scheduled date in presence of contractors name of scheme construction of building district council mirpur technical sanction number TQT KLC 1069-79 dated 29-01-2026 estimated cost 71.89 million PKR bid security 10 percent bidding document cost 15000 rupees last date for issuance 18-03-2026 tender opening on 30-03-2026 at 11 am bidders shall provide written application on letterhead with copy of identity card affidavit on stamp paper regarding non blacklisting detail of works completed during last five years with work orders and completion certificates detail of ongoing works rates shall be quoted as per AJK CSR first quarter and non schedule items rates must also be provided rates must be written in figures and words up to two decimal places competent authority reserves right to reject any or all bids under PPRA AJK rules clause 3 bidders quoting 10 percent or below estimated cost shall provide additional security deposit equal to difference in form of CDR within specified days failing which bid security shall be forfeited any bid not in accordance with bid instructions clause 14 and bidding data clause 4-16 shall be rejected checklist in section A must be filled rates written in pencil shall cause rejection call deposit verification from concerned banks is mandatory drawings estimates rate lists and conditions can be seen in office during working hours first slab must be completed within 45 days after issuance of work order funds are allocated from own resources and in case of non compliance approval cancellation authority rests with chairman notice is available on PPRA AJK website
