Mining Equipment Machinery Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Electronic bids are invited for supply and installation of equipment and machinery under PSDP project titled Exploration, Beneficiation and Extraction of Rare Earth Elements, Precious Metals and Critical Minerals in Gilgit-Baltistan Pakistan through EPADS on Single Stage Single Envelope basis. Eligible manufacturers, sole agents, authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active taxpayers with FBR may participate. E-bidding documents containing specifications, terms and conditions are available on EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and bidders are additionally required to submit hard copies of technical and financial bids separately for evaluation process. Earnest money amounting to Rs.10000000 for Package-1 and Rs.7000000 for Package-2 in shape of bank draft or call deposit in favor of Project Director is mandatory. Delivery will be made to PCSIR Laboratories Skardu on FOR basis. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2004 and procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids or alter scope of work.
