Electrical Connection Substation Construction Works Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4.7 MW electrical connection through 11 kV feeder from KE grid station including construction of substations and allied civil works at housing society project in Karachi. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible electrical contractors, firms and companies must possess PEC category C-3 and above with specialization codes CE-10, EE-04 and EE-05, active pre-qualification status for KE contractors, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, active ATL status with FBR and SRB and Government of Sindh electrical contractor license. Bid security amounting to Rs.5000000 in shape of pay order or bank draft from scheduled bank is mandatory. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and only financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Successful bidder shall complete the entire scope of work within six months from issuance of work order or Letter of Award.
