Consultancy Services For Research Centre Supervision Tender Notice
Description
Consultancy services for design vetting and top supervision services for establishment of China-Pakistan Joint Research Centre on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested consulting companies registered with FBR and active taxpayers possessing relevant technical and financial expertise may participate. Technical proposals must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs.0.5 million in shape of CDR or bank draft and tender processing fee of Rs.5000 in shape of pay order or demand draft payable to Treasurer QAU Islamabad. Pre-bid meeting will be held in Committee Room of Admin Block QAU. Authority reserves the right to reject or disqualify firms on grounds of false information, incomplete documentation or failure to meet eligibility criteria.
