Medical Supplies Services Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contracts for supply of cardiac surgery disposables, surgical sutures, cardiology angiography disposables, miscellaneous disposable items, instrument containers, contingency items, stationery and printing items, bedding and linen items, preventive maintenance services for bed lifts, diesel, petrol, lubricants and filters for generators and ambulances, internet connectivity services, operation repair and maintenance of CSSD machines with civil and mechanical works and sanitary worker services for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS. Eligible registered firms, manufacturers, sole distributors, suppliers and individuals active on taxpayer list may participate. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated price in shape of CDR or bank guarantee in favor of Medical Superintendent RAIC PESSI Lahore is mandatory. Bids must be uploaded on PPRA EPADS portal and manual submissions shall not be accepted. Bid validity period shall remain 120 days from submission date.
