Consultancy services for Recharge Pakistan Building Pakistan Resilience to Climate Change through Ecosystem-Based Adaptation and Green Infrastructure for Integrated Flood Risk Management in Balochistan under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Well reputed national and international consulting firms or joint ventures registered with FBR, BRA and PEC having relevant code 1205 and active taxpayer status may participate. Estimated consultancy cost is Rs.116,795,055 with bid security of 2 percent from scheduled bank. Selection shall be based on evaluation criteria defined in the Request for Proposal document. Technical and financial proposals shall be handled separately and incomplete proposals shall not be considered.
