Consultancy services for design vetting and top supervision services for establishment of China Pakistan Joint Research Centre on Earth Sciences at Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Interested consultants meeting eligibility criteria including active FBR taxpayer registration and relevant technical and financial expertise are invited to submit technical and financial proposals through EPADS and physical submission procedures. Bid security amounting to 500,000.00 in the form of CDR or bank draft is mandatory along with non-refundable tender processing fee of 5,000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-05-19 at 02:00 PM in Committee Room Admin Block QAU. Technical proposals will be opened at 02:30 PM.
