Research Area Room Construction Tender Notice
Description
Construction of room at research area of Sugarcane Research Institute Faisalabad under Single Stage-Single Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council in appropriate category may participate while foreign bidders may participate through joint venture with Pakistani constructors according to PEC bye-laws. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and PPRA before 2026-05-27 at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security amounting to 5 percent of estimated amount 1.5 million must be submitted in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bidders must provide bank statement showing minimum balance of 1.5 million and documentary evidence of at least two similar completed projects.
