Flour Mill Installation Commissioning Purchase Tender Notice
Description
Purchase installation and commissioning of Atta Chakki flour mill for Directorate of Farms through e-PADS under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Prospective bidders registered with Income Tax General Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax authorities where applicable and registered on PPRA e-Procurement system are eligible to participate. All bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by uploading PDF files before 2026-06-02 at 10:30 AM and bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated price is mandatory. Procurement documents can be downloaded free of cost according to PPRA Rule 25(7).
