Addition Alteration Improvement Residential Flats Tender Notice
Description
Addition alteration and improvement works in residential flats at GOR-IV Lahore including renovation civil works and related building improvement activities through EPADS under item rate basis on approved DNIT. Eligible contractors and firms enlisted and renewed with PEC in relevant category and specialization for current financial year may participate. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS under PPRA rules and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bidders are required to submit 2% earnest money in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashiers Cheque before bid closing time. Online bids will be opened in the office of Commissioner Lahore Division in presence of authorized representatives. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Payments for imported machinery or goods will be made after inspection at any port in Pakistan.
