Information Technology Laboratory Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of IT laboratory equipment for Government Associate College for Women Luddan Vehari including desktop computers with accessories sound system CCTV cameras with installation DVR and NVR systems with installation and laptop for smart classroom through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from income tax and sales tax registered firms through E-PADS. All taxes and duties are to be included in quoted rates and bid validity shall remain effective till 30-06-2026. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of Deputy Director Colleges Vehari is mandatory and original security instrument must be submitted before bid closing time. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10% of supply order amount and complete supply within 15 days of issuance of supply order.
