Emergency Relief Supplies Vendors Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms and vendors for provision of food and non-food items during Monsoon Season 2026 and any disaster or emergency situation in District Bahawalpur for year 2026-27 through single stage two envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS and only technically qualified vendors will proceed to financial evaluation. Eligible bidders are required to submit income tax and sales tax registration certificates signed and stamped bid documents mandatory affidavit and all required documents specified in tender documents. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated amount in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee or Pay Order is mandatory while successful bidder shall furnish performance security equal to 10% of awarded amount.
