Procurement Of Dietary Food Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of dietary food items for financial year 2026-27 through EPADS from suppliers firms manufacturers importers and authorized distributors active on FBR or SRB taxpayers list. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure through electronic bidding only. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be downloaded from EPADS portal. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids shall not be entertained. Original tender fee instrument amounting to Rs.3000 and original fixed bid security for quoted items must be submitted before deadline. Bids will be opened on same day at 11:00 AM at office of procuring agency. In case of public holiday bids shall be submitted and opened on next working day with same venue and time. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under relevant SPP Rules 2010.
