Installation Of Inverter Air Conditioning Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of 16 units of 1.5 Ton inverter heat and cool air conditioners for academy facilities including free installation electric work and miscellaneous installation services. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS 2.0 under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(a). Prices must include all applicable taxes duties installation and training. Bid money is required in hard copy before opening of bids. Firms must submit online bids through EPADS 2.0 and provide undertaking regarding non-blacklisting from government and semi government organizations. Required documents include GST and NTN registration certificates financial position certificates bank statements experience details equipment and machinery details litigation free certificate and dealership capability for maintenance services. Procuring authority reserves the right to reject applications under PPRA Rules 2004.
