Supply Of Dc Battery Banks And Elevator Spares Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electrical and mechanical equipment including - 230V DC Battery Bank along with DC Charger for Switchyard Units 1-14 - Spares for Elevators Plant-2 Units 11-14 on Delivered Duty Paid basis through EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be accompanied with bid security in form of pay order bankers cheque call deposit or bank guarantee as specified in bidding documents. Electronic bidding documents containing specifications requirements and terms conditions are available on EPADS. Vendors must register on EPADS v2.0 before submission deadline and manual bids shall not be entertained. Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers of industrial electrical and elevator equipment should ensure timely EPADS registration and submission of compliant bid securities before bid opening.
