Installation Of Asset Performance Management Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of 1208 numbers Asset Performance Management Systems on high AT and C loss feeders as per specification PPMC-DS-01:2026 amended to date. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders through Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA rules. Interested bidders are required to register on EPADS Version 2.0 and submit electronic bids through EPADS while manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security or guarantee in shape of deposit at call bank draft pay order or bid guarantee issued by scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted before e-bid submission deadline. Copy of bid security shall be attached with electronic bid and conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Electronic bids shall be opened half an hour after submission deadline through EPADS. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Electrical system integrators and smart grid solution providers should ensure EPADS registration and submission of original bid guarantees before tender closing time.
