Construction Of Mineral Testing Laboratory Facility Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for establishment of mineral testing laboratory at PCSIR Laboratories Complex Skardu under PSDP project for exploration beneficiation and extraction of rare earth elements precious metals and critical minerals in Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan. Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS from well reputed firms registered in PEC category C-04 or above with specialized codes BC01 CE01 CE09 CE10 CE11(ix) EE04 and EE11 and active tax payer status with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope process. Bidding documents containing specifications and terms conditions can be downloaded through EPADS. Earnest money amounting to Rs.700000 in shape of bank draft or call deposit in favor of Director Works PCSIR is mandatory. Bids shall be opened half hour after closing time in presence of interested bidders.
