Procurement Of Medical Equipment And Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of machinery equipment instruments furniture and fixtures for financial year 2025-2026 through EPADS under Rule 46-2 Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from suppliers firms manufacturers importers and authorized distributors active on FBR or SRB taxpayer list. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded through EPADS and electronic bids shall only be uploaded through EPADS while manual bids shall not be accepted. Original instruments of tender fee amounting to Rs.3000 and bid security of 5 percent must reach procuring agency before bid deadline. Electronic bids shall be opened on same day at office of procuring agency. In case of public holiday bids shall be opened on next working day with same venue and time. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under SPP Rules 2010. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Medical equipment suppliers and institutional furniture vendors should ensure EPADS registration and timely submission of original bid security instruments before deadline.
