Human Resource Services For Training Project Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for supply and rendering of human resource services for OFP Project TEVTA through encrypted electronic bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Electronic bids are invited from active tax bidders registered on e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System and Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents containing detailed terms conditions procurement method submission procedure and bid validity are available free of cost on e-PADS and PPRA websites. Original bid security in favor of Chairperson TEVTA in shape of bank guarantee CDR bankers cheque pay order or demand draft is mandatory and must be physically submitted before e-bid closing time. Only electronic bids submitted through e-PADS shall be entertained. Procuring agency shall not be responsible for issues relating to delayed uploading of e-bids.
