Cardiac Surgical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medical and surgical equipment including heart lung machine hypothermia machine intra aortic balloon pump sternal saw cardiac surgery instruments thoracic surgery instruments activated clotting time machine temporary external pace maker echocardiography machine with TEE probe video assisted thoracoscopic surgery trolley ENT surgical microscope lab refrigerated centrifuge brainstem evoked response audiometry body warming system intermittent pneumatic compression devices non invasive hemoglobinometer and immunohistochemistry markers. Bids are invited through EPADS under single stage one envelope and single stage two envelope procedures as applicable. Original CDR or SDR bid security from account of bidder in specified amounts is mandatory in favor of hospital fund authority. Tender fee amounting to PKR 2000 is mandatory and non refundable. Pre bid meetings shall be held on specified dates for relevant items. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and no additional documents shall be entertained after tender upload. Procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
