Establishment of mineral testing laboratory facility under PSDP project for exploration beneficiation and extraction of rare earth elements precious metals and critical minerals in Gilgit Baltistan Pakistan. Works include development of laboratory infrastructure and associated facilities through Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure. Separate technical and financial proposals are required with bid security of PKR 700,000 and bid validity of 90 days.
