Repair Of Boundary Wall At Welfare Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Repair of boundary wall at welfare hospital complex including civil construction and rehabilitation works through Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules. Eligible firms holding PEC Category C-06 license for year 2025-26 may participate through EPADS. Bidders are required to upload scanned copy of 5 percent bid security amounting to PKR 49,873 along with technical and financial proposals and submit original CDR before closing date otherwise bid shall be rejected as non responsive. Technical proposals shall be opened in presence of bidder representatives while financial bids of technically qualified firms shall be opened later. Valid Income Tax PST and PEC registration certificates along with mandatory checklist and complete BOQ rate analysis are required. Incomplete financial bids containing blank DNIT BOQ or percentage quotations shall be declared non responsive.
