Purchase Of Miscellaneous Information Technology Items Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of miscellaneous items for information technology services through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2a). Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms companies sole proprietors general order suppliers and authorized distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bidders are required to submit soft copy through EPADS and hard copy in Directorate of Procurement and Inventory Control office along with 2 percent earnest money in favor of Treasurer of the university. Successful bidder shall furnish performance security not exceeding 10 percent of contract price. Rates must strictly comply with specifications and remain valid for 90 days. Affidavit confirming active taxpayer status and non blacklisting is mandatory. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in presence of participating bidders.
