Procurement Of Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment including computer systems printers smart UPS heavy duty scanners for record room and office use through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-bids are invited from reputed authorized firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and accompanied by 5 percent refundable bid security in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of District and Sessions Judge Hafizabad. Successful bidder shall furnish 10 percent performance guarantee and provide minimum one year warranty including free replacement service and maintenance. Rates must include GST and PST and incomplete unsigned or fake bids shall be rejected.
