Procurement Of Hvac Spare Parts And Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of HVAC spare parts and consumables for PKLI and RC Rawalpindi through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. E-bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on Active Taxpayer List. Procurement documents are available through Punjab PPRA and EPADS portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS with original bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost in favor of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. Original bid security must be submitted physically before bid submission deadline. Bid validity period shall remain 180 days from opening date.
