Upgradation Record Room Preservation Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for upgradation of record room and preservation of old record of the book depot under ADP Scheme No. 1215 of 2025-26 including preservation and infrastructure improvement works. Electronic bids are invited through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under single stage one envelope procedure. Interested firms must possess relevant experience of minimum three years and submit electronic bids only. Bidders must provide FBR NTN registration GST SRB registration professional tax certificates audit reports of last three years tax return receipts and bank statements. Bid security equivalent to 2% of quoted amount shall be submitted in shape of pay order demand draft call deposit or bank guarantee with original instrument physically before opening time. No negotiation shall be permitted and conditional bids shall not be accepted.
