Construction Of Border Terminal Facility Tender Notice
Description
Construction of border terminal at Pak Afghan Border Badini District Killa Saifullah based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. Procurement shall be conducted under single stage two envelope bidding procedure through Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must possess active taxpayer status Balochistan Revenue Authority registration and Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-A no limit with specialized codes including EE02 CE09 CE10 CE01 EE11 CE11 BC01 ME01 ME02 EE07 and EE08. Bidders must demonstrate financial turnover of at least PKR 7500000000 in previous three years and successful completion of similar projects. Joint ventures with maximum two partners are permitted subject to eligibility requirements. Bid security amounting to 4% in shape of bank guarantee or deposit at call shall accompany bids. Tender fee of PKR 5000 applies. Electronic bids shall be submitted through supplier dashboard only.
